Debossing

Debossing is the same process as embossing but with the opposite effect. A debossed design, logo, pattern, or text is sunk into the surface of the paper, protruding from the reverse side. The result is a depression or imprint of the design into the paper. Essentially the debossed aspects will be indented into the card.
